A Tale Of Two Cities - Korea

What is amazing to me is that an artist is an artist no matter where they are from or what language they speak.  Art truly transcends barriers...all barriers and I think we should hold it as one of the common denominator of things, certainly in a cultural sense.  


Mozart is Mozart no matter who plays the music. 

I'm currently in South Korea directing a production of A Tale Of Two Cities and have found the same here.  These actors, these artists are truly wonderful.  Language is definitely not a barrier here.  Music is music, the intention of a scene is the intention of a scene.  

I'm happy that this show is having a life outside of Broadway.  It truly deserves it.
